Again, funny things with recruitment task

I put an ad to recruit an IT manager with some essential requirements, one of them is you need to know about ERP. I have made it really really clear that if you dont have experiences working with ERP, then please dont apply.
Today I received an email applied for this position and I did not see anything on his CV that mentioned about ERP experiences.
I sent him an email and asked if he has experiences working with ERP. This is how he answered my questions: “I am an IT Manager, i dont have experiences working with ERP. I am an IT manager but it doesnt mean that I know everything, your company HAVE to train me if you want me to work with that ERP thing”.
I decided to go to bed after I received his email.
