Vietnamese websites

I have found some websites about job hunting and employee seeker. They are not bad but they have made some basic mistakes.
When I go to the page, they did not lead me to the sign in process, I will have to click on sign in button, then after that, I will have to choose which type of member I am to log in.
After I choose my type of member, I go to the page where they have 3 forms to log in for 3 type of members, I dont understand why I had to choose which type of member before I go to the page where it has all type of member log in forms.
And then, after I log in, I will go to the homepage again, from that I will have to choose which page I want to visit. It does not lead me back to the page where I was before.
I think they are lucky cause “People with Ideas” does not have any plan for recruitment site yet.
Wait until the two key members get back on track… People with ideas will eat the market.
